Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Email us with your order reference number and the reason for cancellation. We will confirm by email whether the cancellation has been accepted.

We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the delivery address is incomplete, or the order details cannot be confirmed. We will inform you by email if this happens.

Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, no payment is collected before delivery, so no refund is needed for orders cancelled before dispatch.
