Return & Refund Policy

Return requests may be considered for items that are damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Requests should be raised as soon as possible after delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Items that show signs of wear or alteration may not be accepted.

Email us with your order reference number, the reason for return, and clear photos of the product. Our team will review your request and reply with the next steps.

As orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be processed through a method agreed with you by email after the returned item is received and inspected.
